AI for ADHD:
Getting Things Done

Your brain is wired differently. The productivity systems designed for neurotypical people don't work for you — and they never did. This program uses AI as an external executive function: the nudge, the structure, the memory, and the momentum you actually need.

A note from Rachel

I'm ADHD. I built this program because I got tired of productivity advice that assumes you can just "decide to start." AI changed the game for me — not by doing my work, but by being the external structure I was missing. This program is built from lived experience, not theory.

Who this is for

Women who have ADHD (diagnosed or suspected), or who identify as neurodivergent. You're intelligent, creative, full of ideas — and stuck in execution purgatory. Things that should be easy feel impossible. You have 47 open tabs, a hundred unfinished projects, and genuine anxiety about your to-do list.

You've tried planners, habit apps, the Pomodoro technique, and the book everyone recommends. This is different. This uses AI as your external executive function.

  • Women with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified)
  • Neurodivergent women who struggle with task initiation
  • Entrepreneurs and freelancers who work alone (no external accountability)
  • Anyone exhausted by systems that don't account for how their brain works

What changes after 4 weeks

  • You'll have a personal AI system that knows how to work with your brain
  • Task initiation becomes a process, not a willpower battle
  • Body doubling and external accountability — on demand, without a person
  • A working method for breaking overwhelming projects into doable steps
  • AI-powered routines that survive your ADHD, not fight it
  • A support community of women who genuinely get it

4-week program

Each week focuses on one area of executive function. Practical, low-overwhelm, built to be done imperfectly.

Week 1

Starting: Task Initiation with AI

Why starting is the hardest part for ADHD brains — and how to use AI as the ignition switch. Build a personal 'start protocol' that actually works for you.

Key output:

Your personal task-start system

Week 2

Focusing: Staying with the Thing

AI-assisted focus sessions, body doubling prompts, and techniques to return after distraction without spiral. Work with your attention span, not against it.

Key output:

Focus session templates

Week 3

Finishing: The Last 20%

ADHD makes finishing hard. Learn to use AI for completion momentum — the prompts, checklists, and reframes that get you across the line.

Key output:

Completion rituals and prompts

Week 4

Sustaining: Systems That Don't Need Willpower

Build a sustainable weekly structure using AI as your external accountability. Morning routines, week reviews, and a system that works even on bad brain days.

Key output:

Your personalised AI productivity stack
